Our minimum requirement is that you can swim 4 lengths (100 yards) of the pool non-stop with proper side breathing.

 

Getting Started

First, check out the General Info section for hours, location and other details.

Next, email us at neoswimteam@gmail.com to let us know what day you would like to come and try us out. 

FIRST DAY

Arrive a few minutes early to fill out paperwork. You will need to fill out a United States Masters Swimming registration form for insurance purposes. If you are already registered with Masters Swimming, just bring your card or your current number. The coach will assign you a lane with another swimmer or two with a similar pace. If you have questions, ask our coach or a lane mate.

 

EQUIPMENT

If you have your own fins, pull buoy and kick board, please bring them.  There are kick boards and pull buoys available to use at the pool, if needed.  Water bottles are also a good idea!

 

TRY A WEEK FOR FREE!

If you are new to our program you can try it out for one week at no charge. It is important to find the right fit for you. Time, location, the workout and the social group are all important considerations. If you decide to swim with us, you will need to visit USMS.org and join. If you are already a member of USMS, you will then change your workout group to NEO.
